Kha Bui

Kha Bui currently serves as the L&OD Manager at SGS, starting in October 2023, where responsibilities include planning training and organization development activities to improve employee retention and talent development across SGS Vietnam. Prior to this role, Kha was an HR data analyst at Shopee from March 2022 to April 2023, focusing on the analysis and reporting of HR metrics and data consolidation. Additionally, Kha held the position of APAC Learning & Development Manager and HR Data Analyst at LINKBYNET from February 2018 to March 2022, overseeing learning and development activities and managing training plans and budgets. Kha holds a Master's degree in Management & Economics and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management from Université Toulouse 1 Capitole.
