Mojtaba Gheysar

Mojtaba Gheysar has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries and roles. Mojtaba is currently the Chief Executive Officer at AIoTGrade, where they oversee the development and implementation of a connected car platform. In this role, they focus on monitoring and analyzing critical vehicle information through smart OBD-II Socket interface devices. Prior to this, Mojtaba worked as a Business Development Advisor at Neat Solution 4U. Mojtaba also has experience as a Lead Auditor at SGS, where they managed a team of internal auditors and ensured compliance with applicable standards. Additionally, Mojtaba has worked as a Lead Assessor at Quality Austria, where they assessed organizational management systems using the EFQM excellence model framework. Mojtaba also served as the Marketing Director and Lead Auditor at Quality Austria. Mojtaba has previously worked as a Strategic Developer & Industrial Department Manager at IranKhodro - ShetabKar and as a Business Manager and CIS Partner at DIA33 Group. Mojtaba has also held the position of Planning Deputy of Saipa Azin at saipa. Their earlier work experience includes the role of Strategic Planning Manager at Saipa Press, where they played a key role in the development of long-term organizational strategies.

Mojtaba Gheysar has a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Production Engineering from Islamic Azad University, which they obtained between 1990 and 1993. Mojtaba also holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Project Management from the Industrial Management Institute, earned from 2009 to 2011. Additionally, they have a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Operations Management and Supervision from the Faculty of Arts and Architecture at Islamic Azad University, South Tehran Branch, completed between 2014 and 2016. In terms of certifications, Mojtaba has obtained various qualifications, including Sedex Members Ethical Trade Audit (SMETA) and Pioneer Program in 2022 and 2020 respectively. Mojtaba has also received several certifications related to auditing and management systems, such as NEBOSH, ISO 45001:2018 Lead Auditor, and Environmental Management Systems Lead Auditor.
