Siham Vidard

Siham VIDARD is a seasoned executive with a diverse background in leading global organizations and managing complex operations. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of SGS ICS since September 2022, Siham oversees a team of over 1,000 and has achieved notable enhancements in employee engagement and performance while managing a multimillion-euro P&L with double-digit revenue growth. Previously, Siham was the General Manager at Groupe Scopelec, where leadership focused on team empowerment and client satisfaction, particularly in collaboration with the key client, Orange. Siham's earlier roles include significant positions at SNCF, where operational leadership in a unionized environment was demonstrated, and at Projexia International as a Junior Project Engineer. Siham holds an Executive MBA from ESCP Business School and a Diplôme d'ingénieur in Civil Engineering from Polytech Orléans.
