Tom Kremer

Tom Kremer has a strong background in microscopy and laboratory operations. Tom has worked as a Lab Operations Lead - Microscopy at SGS since 2016, where they are responsible for maintaining the microscopy laboratory and acquiring and upgrading equipment. Prior to SGS, they worked at IPS Testing from 2009 to 2016 as a Technical Leader - Microscopy, where they also maintained the microscopy laboratory and grew the company's base of return customers. Before that, they worked at Kimberly-Clark Corporation from 1992 to 2009 as a Scientist, where they supported the corporation's right to practice through consulting and presenting to the corporate technical community. Tom started their career as a Microscopist at McCrone Associates, Inc. from 1985 to 1991.

Tom Kremer completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Physics at Calvin University from 1975 to 1980. Tom then pursued a Master of Science degree in Geology at The University of Georgia from 1980 to 1983.
