Irina's expertise extends to centralizing payroll operations and implementing best practices at Avison Young and Samsung Electronics, contributing to significant process improvements and compliance initiatives. With a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Belgorod Shukhov State Technology University, Irina has developed a strong foundation in payroll systems and data analysis throughout a career spanning nearly two decades.
