Cristian Marchina

Cristian Marchina has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Cristian'smost recent role was as a Member of the management committee and Referente Hr & Cfo at Palazzani Industrie Spa. Prior to this, they served as the Vice General Manager at the same company, where they assisted in the management restructuring and implementation of a new ERP system.

Before joining Palazzani Industrie Spa, Cristian was a Co Founder at both sgush and B-Farm in 2017.

From 2016 to 2019, they worked as a Tagger at Talent Garden.

Earlier in their career, they founded and served as the Chief Executive Officer of Marchina Consulting srl, where they specialized in custom project implementation for financial planning, budgeting, and management control.

Prior to that, they held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Business Lab srl from 2001 to 2009.

Cristian also worked as a Controller BU Eurocargo plant Brescia at Iveco Spa in 1999 and as a Responsabile controllo di gestione at Almag spa from 1997 to 1999.

Cristian Marchina obtained their Bachelor's degree in Economics and Commerce from the Università degli Studi di Brescia, specializing in Management Control, Finance, and Corporate Law, during the period from 1991 to 1996. Cristian also attended the University of East London as an Erasmus student in 1994 and 1995, where they studied Economics. In 2015, they enrolled at IFAF - Scuola di Finanza, where they pursued professional development courses. Cristian completed a program on Corporate Finance Applications with Excel. Additionally, Cristian undertook a Specialized Master's program in Corporate Taxation and another Specialized Master's program in Corporate Finance, both at IFAF - Scuola di Finanza, starting in 2015 and continuing thereafter.
