David Hayes

David Hayes is an experienced consultant currently working at SGV International since February 2013. Prior to joining SGV International, David served in various roles at the United States Air Force, Texas Air National Guard, Nortel Networks, and Raytheon E-Systems. With a background in electronic systems technology, David holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree from the Community College of the Air Force.
