Bliss Chang

Bliss Chang currently serves as Vice President of Securities Trading at SGX, responsible for managing the Singapore equities market portfolio and driving initiatives to enhance secondary trading liquidity since December 2012. Previously, Bliss held several positions at SGX, including Vice President of Equities, where oversight of Japan and Taiwan Equity Derivatives included a notable transition of liquidity during the Covid pandemic. In earlier roles, product development for Japan equity derivatives was led as Assistant Vice President, contributing to the launch of Asia's first Total Return Futures and the Listed Compression Service for Nikkei 225 Index Futures and Options, alongside a focus on South-East Asian equity derivatives as Senior Associate. Prior experience includes an analyst position at Goldman Sachs from August 2010 to July 2012.
