Dakota Comer

Dakota Comer, CPA has a diverse work experience in the field of accounting and finance. They started their career as an AOS Intern at BKD CPAs & Advisors in August 2017 and held this role until July 2019. After that, they worked as a Tax Associate at the same company from July 2019 to June 2021. Then, they became a Senior Tax Associate at BKD CPAs & Advisors from June 2021 to June 2022.

Following their time at BKD CPAs & Advisors, Dakota Comer joined FORVIS in June 2022 as a Senior Tax Associate until July 2022. They were then promoted to the role of Senior Associate II, which they held from July 2022 to June 2023.

Currently, Dakota holds the position of Chief Financial Officer at S&H Farm Supply, Inc., which they started in July 2023.

Dakota Comer, CPA began their education by obtaining an Associate of Arts in Business with a concentration in Accounting from Ozarks Technical Community College, which was completed between the years 2014 and 2016. They then proceeded to pursue a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Accounting at Missouri State University from 2016 to 2018. Continuing their education at the same institution, Dakota then obtained a Master of Accountancy degree specializing in Accounting, completing it in 2019. In addition to their formal education, Dakota has also received the Elijah Watt Sells Award from the Association of International Certified Professional Accountants in April 2020.
