Erik Eveleigh

Erik Eveleigh has extensive work experience in the hospitality and real estate industries. Erik is currently working at SH Hotels & Resorts as the Vice President - Development Americas. Prior to this, they held various roles at Hilton, including Senior Director - Luxury & Mixed-Use Development, Director - Luxury Development, and Senior Manager - Luxury Development, among others. Erik also worked as a Graduate Student at the University of Southern California and as a Commercial Real Estate Analyst Intern at Wilson Commercial Real Estate. Earlier in their career, they served as a Project Manager at Hilton, a Legal Analyst at Shernoff, Bidart, Darras, and a Resident Advisor/ Student Mentor/ Education Tutor at California State Polytechnic University Pomona.

Erik Eveleigh has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on International Business from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona, earned between 1999 and 2004. Erik also holds two certificates from Cornell University, one in Hotel Revenue Management completed in 2012, and another in Advanced Hotel Revenue Management and Pricing and Demand Strategy completed in 2013. Additionally, Erik obtained dual Master's degrees from USC in 2011, one in Real Estate Development from the Dollinger School and another in Planning with a specialization in Preservation and Design of the Built Environment from the Sol Price School of Public Policy.
