Kendra Gaffey

Kendra Gaffey is an accomplished hospitality professional with a diverse background in hotel management and accounting. Currently serving as the Director of Rooms at SH Hotels & Resorts since September 2024, Kendra previously held the position of Senior Accounting Manager at Hersha Hospitality Management from August 2017 to September 2024. Kendra's extensive experience includes multiple leadership roles, such as General Manager and Assistant General Manager at Hyatt House Pleasanton, as well as dual responsibilities as Assistant General Manager and Director of Sales at Hyatt Place Dublin/Pleasanton. Kendra also served briefly as General Manager at GF Hotels & Resorts and worked as a Sales Assistant at Visit Tri-Valley. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Corporate Management from California State University - East Bay and certification as a Hospitality Supervisor from the American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute.
