Michael Lustgraaf

Michael Lustgraaf has extensive experience in finance roles within the hospitality industry. Michael currently serves as the Director of Finance at SH Hotels & Resorts since January 2021. Prior to this, they worked as the Area Director of Finance at Destination Hotels from 2015, overseeing financial operations within the area.

Starting in 2011, Michael held the role of Area Director of Finance at Destination Hotels & Resorts, where they managed accounting operations for a boutique hotel and large restaurant and catering operation. In this role, they trained and developed staff on accounting and internal control procedures and collaborated with General Managers to achieve financial goals.

Before that, Michael worked as the Complex Director of Finance at Two Roads Hotels from 2017 to October 2022, overseeing financial matters for Hotel Marker and Vitale, JDV Hotels. Michael began their career as a Regional Controller at Redlion Hotels from 2004 to 2011.
