Neil Kazakos-Andrew

Neil Kazakos-Andrew has a strong background in interior design and hospitality. Neil is currently the Vice President of Design (EMEA) at SH Hotels & Resorts since July 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Head of Hospitality at Perkins and Will from March 2020 to July 2023. Neil also has experience as a Partner at Dexter Moren Associates from September 2015 to March 2020, where they played an instrumental role in driving the growth of the Interior Design team. Neil has worked as an Interior Designer at Woods Bagot from April 2013 to September 2015 and as a Senior Interior Designer at Godwin Austen Johnson Architects from May 2012 to November 2012. Neil has also worked as a Senior Interior Designer in freelance roles at various companies such as Freelance Interior Design, Traffic L.L.C., and RMJM. Neil began their career as an Interior Designer at Espacio Design from November 2003 to November 2005.

Neil Kazakos-Andrew completed a Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design & Technology from London Metropolitan University between 1998 and 2001. Prior to that, they took an Art Foundation Course at Buckinghamshire New University from 1997 to 1998. Their education began at The Royal Grammar School, High Wycombe, where they pursued A-Level Art & Design, Geography, and English Language from 1991 to 1997.
