Jason Kerby, P.E.

Jason Kerby, P.E. has over 15 years of experience working in the transportation engineering industry. Jason began their career as an Engineering Technician at the Texas Department of Transportation in 2005, where they focused on design work. Jason later became an Engineering Assistant, where they worked on the preparation of plans, specifications, and estimates for highway projects. In 2011, Jason became a Transportation Engineer at TxDOT and primarily worked on construction inspection and delay analysis. In 2011, Jason transitioned to the private sector and joined NTE Mobility Partners, LLC, where they worked as a Design & Construction Engineer. Jason was responsible for overseeing and monitoring design and construction, supporting right-of-way acquisition efforts, and participating in quality audits and project controls. In 2013, Jason became a Design & Construction Manager at NTE Mobility Partners Segments 3 LLC, where they oversaw the design and construction of the North Tarrant Express IH-35 Project. In 2014, they joined SH 130 Concession Company, LLC as an Infrastructure Manager, where they were responsible for maintaining and enhancing the infrastructure of the SH 130 toll road. In 2019, they were promoted to Director of Operations, Chief Engineer at SH 130 Concession Company, where they currently work.

Jason Kerby, P.E. earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from The University of Texas at Arlington, graduating between the years 2001 and 2007. Jason also obtained their certification as a Licensed Professional Engineer from the Texas Board of Professional Engineers in December 2010.
