Khushboo Prakash

Khushboo Prakash has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Khushboo is currently employed at SH:24 as a QA Analyst since May 2021. Prior to this, they worked at AxiomSL from September 2018 to May 2021 as a Lead QA Analyst. During this time, they were responsible for requirement analysis, functional testing, regression testing, and business validation testing for Financial and Statistical reports for the EMEA region. Khushboo also prepared test estimations, test plans, and test summary reports for each sprint cycle.

Before joining AxiomSL, Khushboo worked at Tata Consultancy Services from December 2009 to March 2016. Khushboo held various roles during their tenure, including IT Analyst, QA, and System Engineer, QA. Khushboo gained working experience in insurance and telecom domains, specifically with UK-based clients like Phoenix Life Insurance, Friends Life Insurance (now a part of Aviva Group), and British Telecom. Their responsibilities included analyzing the scope of testing requirements, conducting various types of testing such as unit testing, system testing, regression testing, BAT, and UAT.

Additionally, Khushboo worked briefly as a Lecturer at Ranchi College of Pharmacy from May 2009 to November 2009.

Overall, Khushboo has a strong background in QA analysis and testing, particularly in the financial and insurance sectors.

Khushboo Prakash completed their Graduation from Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra, from the year 2005 to 2009. Before that, they completed their HSC with a focus on Science from DAV public school, Ranchi. Khushboo also completed their SSC from Sacred Heart School, Ranchi. Additionally, they have obtained certifications including "Tips for Working Remotely" from LinkedIn in May 2020, and "Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL)" from ISTQB™ - International Software Testing Qualifications Board.
