Rithika Bhaskar

Rithika Bhaskar has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. In 2022, they worked as an Event Coordinator at Shaastra, IIT Madras, where they successfully coordinated events from October to February. Later in the same year, they joined the MBA Invitational Lecture Series as a Single Point of Contact. In 2023, Rithika worked as a Management Trainee at ICICI Bank for a few months. Rithika also held the position of Head - Business Events (Events & Workshops) at Shaastra, IIT Madras, and was a Conclave - Senior Core member at Samanvay - IIT Madras.

Rithika Bhaskar began their education at D.A.V. School, Adambakkam, where they attended from 2005 to 2017. During this time, they completed their Nursery to Secondary School education with a focus on general studies. Afterwards, from 2017 to 2019, Rithika Bhaskar attended Arsha Vidya Mandir, where they obtained their High School degree, specializing in Business/Commerce. Continuing their academic journey, from 2019 to 2022, they enrolled at Ethiraj College For Women and earned their Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree, majoring in Accounting and Finance. Lastly, Rithika Bhaskar is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at DoMS, IIT Madras, starting in 2022 and expected to complete in 2024.
