Currently serving as a Franchise Partner at Shack Shine since April 2016, Chuck Ratcliffe oversees house detailing services, emphasizing professional cleaning and exceptional customer service. Prior to this role, Chuck Ratcliffe was the Regional Manager for OrePac Building Products, focusing on program and supply chain development, along with general management responsibilities. Chuck Ratcliffe also spent over a decade at Metrie, holding various branch manager positions and demonstrating expertise in operations management, product development, and market growth. Educationally, Chuck Ratcliffe studied at Capilano University from 1998 to 1999.
