Paula Peralta

Paula Peralta has a diverse background in customer service and support across various roles. Currently serving as an E-team Agent at Shack Shine since September 2022, Paula previously worked as a Customer Service Representative at O2E Brands for a brief period in 2022. Prior experience includes a role as a Pharmacy Assistant at Saint Christopher Drugstore from March 2020 to February 2022.
