Shackleton
Ben Parsonson has a diverse work experience in customer experience, operations, and management roles. Ben is currently serving as the COO at Shackleton since February 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Operations & CX at Shackleton from March 2022 to February 2023. Before joining Shackleton, they held the position of Head Of Customer Experience at VASHI from May 2020 to March 2021. Ben also worked as the Head of Ecommerce Operations & Customer Service at Fenwick Limited from April 2018 to April 2020. In 2017, Ben was the Head of Customer Service & Operations at Luca Faloni, where they contributed to various achievements such as implementing fulfillment processes, launching a pop-up shop in London, and improving customer experience. Ben briefly served as an Operations & Customer Experience Consultant at Olivia Burton in 2017. From 2015 to 2017, Ben was the Head of Sales & Customer Care at L.K.Bennett. Ben started their career at NET-A-PORTER GROUP LTD, where they worked as the Strategy & Development Manager from September 2012 to September 2015 and as the Premier Customer Service Manager from May 2008 to September 2012.
Ben Parsonson attended Northampton College from 2003 to 2005, although no degree or field of study was specified during this time. Ben then went on to earn a Bachelor's degree in Fine Art from London Metropolitan University, completing their studies from 2005 to 2008.
