Sara Lewis has a diverse work experience in the fashion industry. Sara began their career at FLY53 as an Assistant Multi Product Developer and Assistant Garment Technologist, where they worked on various collections for both men and women. Sara then moved on to DUCK AND COVER LIMITED, where they were promoted to Product Development Controller, overseeing the design and development process for the accessories line. At MUSTO, Sara gained a good understanding of performance fabrics and technical construction as a Multi Product Developer. Sara continued to expand their knowledge at Timberland as a Senior Product Developer, focusing on men's rainwear and driving significant revenue in that category. Sara then joined On Good Authority as a Co-Founder and Creative Director, leading the development of a premium rainwear brand using sustainable materials and ethical production practices. Most recently, they have been working as a Freelance fashion product developer and sustainability consultant, providing expertise in range build, fabric sourcing, and technical advice to designers. In their most recent role as a Product Director at Shackleton, Sara continues to contribute their skills and experience to the fashion industry.

Sara Lewis obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Media and Marketing BA Hons from De Montfort University, which they attended from 2001 to 2004. In addition, they obtained a certification in "FASHION'S FUTURE: THE SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT GOALS FASHION REVOLUTION" from Fashion Revolution in August 2019.
