Louis Rudd MBE, FRGS, MSc has worked as the Director of Expeditions at Shackleton since August 2019. Prior to that, they were a Manager at MOD from October 1985 to December 2019.

Louis Rudd pursued their Master of Science degree in Security and Risk Management from the University of Leicester, attending from 2009 to 2011.
