Harry Lane has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. In 2011, they completed a work placement at LOCOG (London Organising Committee Of The Olympic & Paralympic Games). From 2013 to 2014, they worked as a Teaching Assistant and Coach at Pembroke House School and later as a Marketing Assistant at Sherborne School. In 2015, they served as a Field Operator at deltatre media, providing results services for televised athletics events.

Starting in 2016, Harry joined Saucony as an EMEA Marketing Assistant, where they managed social media channels, organized events, created content, and developed a social media advertising strategy. In 2017, they became the Chairman of Loughborough Students Athletics Club, overseeing the overall running of the club, increasing membership, and implementing a new constitution.

In 2018, Harry took on multiple roles at Saucony (Wolverine Worldwide), including EMEA Digital Marketing Specialist, where they ensured brand alignment and coordinated e-commerce led CRM activations. Additionally, they served as EMEA Marketing Manager, responsible for building the EMEA Go-To-Market strategy and managing a 52-week calendar of activations.

Most recently, Harry joined Shackleton in 2022 as the Marketing Director.

Harry Lane completed a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Psychology from Loughborough University from 2014 to 2018. Prior to that, they attended Sherborne School from 2008 to 2013, where they studied A Level subjects such as Fine Art, Biology, and Philosophy and Ethics. In addition to their formal education, Harry Lane has obtained certifications in Coaching and Developing Employees, Building High-Performance Teams, Fred Kofman on Managing Conflict, Leading with Emotional Intelligence, and Leading without Formal Authority from LinkedIn. Harry is also a member of the Bright Futures Society, affiliated with Bright Futures Resourcing.
