Prior to this role, they worked at EN Engineering for over 15 years, holding various positions such as Project Manager, Senior Project Engineer, Project Engineer, and Senior Design Engineer. Their responsibilities included managing gas system modernization programs, overseeing the development of over-pressure protection studies, leading cross-functional teams, performing technical and quality assurance project reviews, and coordinating design activities. Before joining EN Engineering, Pawel worked as a Drafter/ Digitizer at Nicor Gas, where they provided engineering analysis for various projects. Overall, Pawel's work experience demonstrates their expertise in managing large-scale projects and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Pawel Tatarczuk, PMP, holds a Master of Science degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering, which they obtained from Bialystok University of Technology from 1999 to 2004. In 2015, they also obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
