Roman Jarosiewicz has a diverse background in engineering and project management, with extensive experience in the aviation electronics industry. Currently serving as the Director of Programs and Engineering at Shadin Avionics, Roman's career has seen him hold various leadership positions at companies such as McMillan Electric Company and Bosch. With a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Caltech, Roman brings a strong technical background to their leadership roles.
