Matt Michalski

Matt Michalski, CPCU, currently serves as Vice President at Shadow Investigations Inc since May 2024. Previously, Matt held the position of Senior Vice President of Claims and Director of Agency Operations at CURE Auto Insurance from April 2023 to May 2024. Prior experience includes over a decade at AAA-The Auto Club Group, where leadership roles included COO of Meemic and Fremont Insurance Companies, achieving significant revenue growth and operational excellence. Matt has been instrumental in developing claims strategies, improving customer satisfaction metrics, and fostering a collaborative culture across organizations. Educational credentials include an MBA from the University at Buffalo and a BA in Political Science from Allegheny College, complemented by further studies at the Harvard Kennedy School and The Institutes where Matt earned the designation of Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter.
