Stephanie Gardner

Stephanie Gardner currently serves as the Director of Product for Grid Services at Shadow Power, focusing on integrating behind-the-meter assets with innovative financial solutions to promote a sustainable energy ecosystem. Previously, Stephanie held the position of Interim Director of Product Management at Swell Energy, where support was provided during transitional periods, and as Senior Product Manager, responsible for delivering virtual power plant networks and grid-balancing services. Prior experience includes roles at Enel X and EnerNOC, where product management for demand response platforms and energy intelligence solutions was undertaken. Stephanie started the career as a Senior Account Manager at NSTAR and has a solid foundation in environmental studies and law, with degrees from Dartmouth College and Vermont Law School.
