Mathew Dodos

Mathew Dodos is a seasoned design professional with over 15 years of experience creating innovative solutions for major Australian brands. Currently serving as Design Director at Shadowboxer, Mathew leads a team in developing effective design strategies. Past roles include Associate Design Director at Isobar, where Mathew guided multidisciplinary teams on digital product launches, and Senior Designer at Isobar Australia, focusing on large platform projects. Mathew's career began as an Art Director at Visual Jazz, and they also spent time freelancing while traveling the world, which included designing digital campaigns for notable clients. Mathew attended Monash University for a Bachelor of Design in Multimedia and began a Bachelor of Contemporary Arts at the University of Tasmania.
