Mohit Jhawar

Mohit Jhawar is a Senior Director of Corporate Development at Flipkart, overseeing M&A activities across the Flipkart Group, including Myntra, eKart, and additional ventures. In addition to this role, Mohit serves as a Board Observer for multiple companies, including Shadowfax, Ninjacart, Flipkart Health+, Universal Sportsbiz Private Limited, Wildcraft India, and Flying Machine. Prior experience includes significant roles at Morgan Stanley as a Vice President focused on private equity transactions in India, along with board observer positions at Nspira Management Services and ZCL Chemicals.
