Damaris Roman

Damaris Roman possesses extensive experience in the healthcare field, currently serving as a Financial Counselor and Surgical Coordinator at Shady Grove Fertility since August 2019. In this role, Damaris consults with patients in both Spanish and English to navigate their benefits and financial options. Previously, as a Patient Service Representative, Damaris was integral to the opening of the Manhattan office, welcoming and registering patients for three physicians. Prior to Shady Grove Fertility, Damaris held the position of Office Manager/Surgical Coordinator at Fifth Avenue ENT and Advanced Dental Implants, enhancing patient-centric processes and increasing referrals.
