As the Recruiting Coordinator for VA Elite Volleyball Club since 2006, Melanie has contributed to the team's success, winning the Chesapeake Region Championships four times over nine years. In their role at Shady Grove Fertility Center since March 2003, Melanie has served as a Senior Practice Liaison, focusing on expanding new patient volume through strategic relationships and marketing initiatives, while also holding the position of Practice Development Manager, responsible for enhancing the center's brand reputation in the Virginia region. Melanie is an alumnus of Bluefield College.
