Lillian Grate

Lillian Grate MS, LPC has a strong background in mental health therapy and community relations. Lillian currently holds the positions of Chief Equity, Inclusion, and Community Relations Officer at Shady Side Academy and Director of Equity, Inclusion, and Community Relations. Prior to this, Lillian was a Community Trauma Fellow at Neighborhood Allies, and a Mental Health Therapist at Renewal, Inc. Lillian's previous experience includes being an Assistant Director at Hill House Economic Development Corp. Lillian holds a Master of Science degree in Professional Counseling from Carlow University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications from the University of Pittsburgh.
