Dan Kutter has extensive experience in sales and management across various sectors. At Shaffer Trucking, since December 2013, Dan has held multiple leadership roles, including National Account Manager, VP Sales, Director of Sales, and Regional Marketing Manager. Prior to this, at Knight Refrigerated from April 2005 to September 2013, Dan served as Service Center Manager with complete P&L ownership of an 85+ tractor division, overseeing production, cost control, HR, sales, safety, and DOT compliance. Earlier in Dan's career, a tenure at Toys R Us from June 1990 to April 2005 as Store Director involved managing a large retail store, focusing on achieving sales, profits, customer service, and loss prevention goals.
