Amanda Steenhuis

Amanda Steenhuis is an experienced attorney focusing on family law, guardianship, and estate planning and administration. Currently serving as an attorney at Shaheen & Gordon, P.A. since June 2023, Amanda previously held the position of staff attorney at Morneau Law from September 2021 to June 2023. Prior to this, Amanda was the managing attorney at New Hampshire Public Defender for 13 years, from August 2008 to August 2021, and also worked as an adjunct professor at Rivier University in early 2021. Amanda began their legal career as a summer associate at Goodwin Procter LLP in 2007 and completed a legal internship at the International Institute of Boston in 2006. Amanda earned a JD from Cornell Law School and holds a BA in Women and Gender Studies from the University of Louisville.
