Bal Singh has a significant amount of work experience in the IT field. Bal began their career as a Lecturer in Computer Science at DAV College Faridabad in 1999. In 2000, Bal joined Shahi Exports Pvt Ltd as a Software Programmer. Bal then moved up to the position of Senior Programmer at SFG Solutions Software Pvt. Ltd in 2003. Bal returned to Shahi Exports Pvt Ltd in 2005 and worked their way up through various roles, including Deputy General Manager, General Manager, Senior General Manager, and Associate Vice President of IT. Bal is currently serving as Vice President of IT at Shahi Exports Pvt Ltd, where their primary focus is driving digital transformation and Industry 4.0 through emerging technologies such as IoTs, RPA, ML, cognitive AI, Big Data, Analytics, Mobile Apps, Digital Twins, AR/VR, and Cloud.

Bal Singh obtained a B.Sc. degree in Computer Science from Kurukshetra University, where they studied from 1993 to 1996. Bal further pursued their education at Kurukshetra University and obtained an M.SC (C/S) degree in IT, completing their studies from 1997 to 1999.

In addition to their formal education, Bal Singh has obtained several certifications. Bal completed the "Supercharge Your SASE journey with Palo Alto Networks" course at ELITECISOs in July 2023. In January 2022, they earned a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from Advanced Innovation Group Pro Excellence (AIGPE). Bal Singh also completed the "Introduction to Cybersecurity" course at Cisco Networking Academy in May 2021. Prior to that, in March 2021, they obtained a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification from Advanced Innovation Group Pro Excellence (AIGPE).
