Bilal Azam has over 15 years of experience in the field of Human Resources. Bilal is currently the Head of HR & Admin at Shaigan Pharmaceuticals (Pvt) Ltd. Starting in 2013, they joined Shaigan Pharmaceuticals as the Senior Human Resources Manager, where they led and directed the HR team to provide comprehensive HR services aligned with organizational objectives. Prior to that, they worked as the Assistant Manager HR at Haleeb Foods Limited from 2008 to 2012. Before that, they served as the Assistant Manager HR at Lahore Gymkhana Club from 2007 to 2008. In 2021, they briefly worked as the Head of Human Resources at Himont Group. Throughout their career, Bilal has been proactive in advising on best HR practices and has been involved in handling various HR cases.

Although; Shaigan extended its scope of products through launching various forms of dosages in its product range; however it achieved landmark milestone when it started producing the Lyophilized form of dosage in 2008. This has been a matter of pride for Shaigan to achieve this milestone and became the first among its competitors to produce Lyophilized form of dosage in Pakistan. At the moment Shaigan stands as 10th largest pharmaceutical company in Pakistan with the strength of more than 1000 employees at its end. This storming achievement on the part of Shaigan is unequivocal testimony of enthusiasm, competence and perseverance as core principles of its functioning.
