Yagesh Sharma

Yagesh Sharma has extensive experience in legal and compliance roles, currently serving as the Compliance Officer for Shanti Mukand Hospital since May 2018. In addition, Yagesh has held the position of Assistant General Manager of Legal at SEPL since September 2012 and previously worked as an Assistant Manager at Moolchand Healthcare from September 2004 to September 2012. Early career experience includes roles as a Legal/HR Executive at Manak Computers Ltd. and as an Advocate at a law firm. Yagesh's education includes a PG Diploma in Corporate Laws and Management from the Indian Law Institute, a PG Diploma in Labour Laws also from the Indian Law Institute, and multiple degrees from Aligarh Muslim University, including a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) and a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Mathematics.
