Reddy Yerasi

Reddy Yerasi is a seasoned consultant with extensive experience in problem-solving and continuous improvement in the automotive and aerospace industries. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant at Shainin - The Red X Company since April 2016, Reddy focuses on identifying root causes of chronic issues and implementing effective solutions using Shainin Red X tools. Previous roles include Managing Partner at Merton Corporation, Problem Solving Manager at TRW Asia Pacific, and President of CRAY Solutions, LLC, where Reddy provided management and technical consulting across various sectors. With a strong background at Chrysler in multiple capacities, including Master Black Belt and Product Engineer, Reddy has led numerous projects focused on enhancing customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Reddy holds an MBA from Lawrence Technological University, an MSIT in CAD/CAM from Eastern Michigan University, and a BSME in Mechanical Engineering from Bangalore University.
