Currently serving as an Independent Sales Consultant for 1DS, Hernando has successfully expanded the Colombian sales market and established a partnership with Alibaba Cloud. As a Managing Partner and Co-Founder at Shake Design & Development, Hernando focuses on market design and execution in the U.S. Hernando's previous roles include Sr. Account Executive at ProV International, where responsibilities included managing enterprise accounts in North America and expanding into Mexico. As Sales Director for Ontop, Hernando achieved significant MRR growth and developed new market strategies. Hernando's sales career began with leadership roles at TuCash, ChinChin E-Bar, and Mimeza, where skills in growth strategy and client engagement were honed. Hernando holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government, a Minor in Intellectual Property from Universidad de Los Andes, and a Diplomado in Finance from CESA.
