Allison Palmadesso

Allison Palmadesso currently serves as the Director of Design Services at Shake Shack, overseeing restaurant design for approximately 40 new builds and renovations annually, while managing a team of Design Project Managers and Kitchen Designers, and collaborating with external consultants. Prior to this role, Allison held multiple positions at Gensler, including Senior Design Manager and Design Manager, focusing on large-scale mixed-use and retail projects for notable clients such as Amtrak and Marriott. Previous experiences include architectural and urban design roles at the University of Maryland and various architectural internships. Allison holds a Master of Architecture and a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University of Maryland, and has demonstrated leadership as the President of Delta Phi Epsilon International Sorority during college.
