Arya G. currently serves as a Senior Consumer Insights Analyst at Shake Shack since October 2023, previously holding the position of Consumer Insights Analyst. Prior experience includes working as a Consumer Insights Associate at ASICS Digital from August 2021 to October 2023, where responsibilities included leading qualitative and quantitative studies focused on customer experience research and insights across digital platforms. Arya also completed internships at the United States Tennis Association as a Diversity & Inclusion Intern and at Boston Consulting Group as a Diversity & Inclusion Co-op. Additional experience includes a Human Resources Co-op at Reebok and a Seasonal Front Desk Associate role at the Bay Area Discovery Museum, as well as coaching Water Polo at Southern Marin Aquatics. Arya G. holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Northeastern University.
