Cathie Urushibata

Cathie Urushibata is a seasoned creative professional with extensive experience in the food service and design industries. Currently serving as Creative Director at Shake Shack since November 2014, Cathie has also held the roles of Art Director and Senior Designer within the same organization. Prior to this, Cathie was a Designer at Shake Shack - Union Square Hospitality Group from September 2012 to November 2014 and worked as a Project Manager/Designer at 3SL Creative from August 2005 to August 2012. Educational background includes a Master of Professional Studies in Art Therapy from the School of Visual Arts (2003-2005) and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Illustration from California State University, Long Beach (1998-2003).
