James Novara possesses extensive experience in information technology and operations, currently serving as Vice President of IT Infrastructure, Operations, and Security at Shake Shack since February 2020. Prior to this role, James held the position of Senior Director for the same functions at Shake Shack. James's career includes significant roles such as Vice President of e-Commerce and IT at Tarte Cosmetics and Senior Director of IT and Program Management at J.Crew.
