John Reilly

John Reilly is an experienced HR technology professional with a strong background in HRIS and system management. Currently serving as a Workday HCM Consultant at Shake Shack since March 2019, John has previously held key positions including HCM Systems & Data Management Lead at NYU Langone Health, HR/Payroll Systems Project Manager at ITV Studios, and HR/Payroll Systems Manager at Michael Kors. John’s expertise extends back to roles at Praxair Distribution, Inc. as Associate Director of HRIS and at TIAA-CREF as Manager of HR Information Systems & Operations. Notably, during a long tenure at The New York Times, John advanced through multiple HRIS roles, driving technology and process improvements across various HR functions. John holds an M.A. in Organizational Psychology from Teachers College, Columbia University and a B.A. in Industrial Psychology from Queens College.
