Julianna Castro

Julianna Castro currently serves as the Accounts Payable Manager at Shake Shack, a position held since June 2018, following a role as Senior Accounts Payable. Prior to Shake Shack, Julianna worked as the Office Manager for Henry at Life Hotel from June 2017 to June 2018, where responsibilities included managing human resources functionalities and assisting in the opening of the new restaurant concept by Stephen Hanson. From 2011 to 2016, Julianna was an Accounts Payable Associate at BRGuest Hospitality, overseeing accounts payable for five restaurants and managing a high volume of invoices daily.
