Lori George

Lori George is an accomplished independent director known for expertise in governance, public affairs, and shareholder relations. Lori currently serves as a board member at Shake Shack (NYSE: SHAK) and Coca-Cola Bottling Company UNITED, Inc., while also contributing to various boards and advisory committees including the NAACP Foundation and NACD. Previously, Lori was on the board of Pioneer Natural Resources, where Lori played a pivotal role during its acquisition by ExxonMobil. With a distinguished 20-year career at The Coca-Cola Company, Lori advanced workforce strategies as the Global Chief Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Officer. Lori holds degrees from Howard University and American University and has completed executive programs at Harvard Business School and Stanford's Director’s Consortium.
