Currently serving as Vice President of Enterprise Technology Solutions at Shake Shack, Martin is focused on modernizing core systems and enhancing data capabilities to support the company's growth. As CEO and Founder of Zana Court Advisors LLC, Martin aims to leverage innovation and industry expertise to drive business excellence for retailers. Previously, Martin held the role of Vice President, Head of Global Retail Technology Solutions at The Estée Lauder Companies, leading a global team to integrate technology across various channels. Martin's career began at Altria as a Senior Analyst, where project management skills for SAP implementation were developed. Martin holds an MBA in Information Technology Management from Fordham Gabelli School of Business and has completed Executive Leadership training at The Wharton School.
