Thomas Fisher

Thomas Fisher currently serves as a New Store Opening Trainer at Shake Shack since November 2020, where responsibilities include training new team members and managers at newly opened locations. Prior experience at Shake Shack also includes roles as a Cross Trainer, certified in all operational areas, and as a Shack Trainer, certified in most areas. Previous employment includes positions as a Kitchen Helper at Hawthorn Senior Living and as Head Server and Server at Holiday Retirement. Thomas is pursuing a degree in Health Care Management at Appalachian State University, expected to complete in May 2027, after graduating from Cary High School in June 2023.
