Dr. Felecia Bell Evans

Felecia Bell Evans is a seasoned educator and school leader with extensive experience in various administrative roles. Currently serving as the Director of School Leadership for the Shaker Heights City School District since June 2022, Felecia has been a member of the Board of Directors for OAESA since June 2019. Previously, Felecia held positions as Principal at Lander Elementary School from August 2014 to June 2022, and as Assistant Principal at both Mayfield City School District and Solon City School District, focusing on middle school education. Felecia began a career in education as an Instructional Coach and middle school teacher in the Cleveland Heights-University Heights School District. Felecia holds a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration from Concordia University Chicago, a Master's Degree in Education from The University of Akron, and a Bachelor of Education from the same institution.
