Julie Mims

Julie Mims has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Julie started their career as a Technical Support Center Associate at Camelot Music, Inc. in 1997, where they provided technical support to customers. Julie then moved on to work as a Technical Support Representative at Datavantage from 1999 to 2000. In 2000, Julie joined FedEx Services as a Customer Support Representative, where they assisted customers with software and hardware issues. Julie later became a Technical Specialist and was responsible for authoring and editing technical support knowledge base content. Julie also provided product updates to upper management during their time at FedEx Services.

In 2010, Julie transitioned to the Shaker Heights City School District, serving as an Administrative Assistant for Data & Technology. Julie'sresponsibilities included administering and configuring helpdesk and knowledgebase software, managing district technology purchasing, and collaborating with technical support and data processing staff to resolve end user technical issues. Julie recently took on the role of a Technology Support Specialist in the same organization, where they continue to utilize their expertise in supporting users with their technology needs.

Julie Mims completed their Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Small Business Entrepreneurship from Ohio University in the years 1993 to 1997. Prior to that, they attended Valley Forge High School, but no specific dates or degrees were provided for their time there. Additionally, Julie Mims obtained a Level 4 certification as a Clever Champion from Clever Inc. in October 2019.
