Nalin Needham has a diverse work experience that spans over a decade. Starting in 2008, they worked as a Summer Legal Intern at the Office of Ohio Governor Ted Strickland. In 2009, Nalin served as a Graduate Research Assistant at The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law, and also worked as a Legal Intern at National Eligibility Solutions, LLC. They then transitioned to teaching roles, first as an English Teacher at Atlanta Public Schools from 2012 to 2018, and later as a Teacher at University School from 2018 to 2020. Currently, Nalin is working as an English Teacher at Shaker Heights City School District.
Nalin Needham obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English Language and Literature from Oberlin College, where they studied from 2001 to 2005. Following this, they pursued a degree in law and received a Juris Doctor (JD) from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law, completing their studies between 2007 and 2010. In 2011 and 2012, Nalin enrolled at Emory University and earned a Master of Arts in Teaching (M.A.T.) with a specialization in Secondary Education and Teaching.
